Meet the Team

Working Board of Directors

Recovery All Ways is led by a working board, which means the people helping guide the organization are also closely involved in the work itself. Our board members help shape the direction of RAW while staying connected to the community, the mission, and the day-to-day realities of this work.

We are a community-centered organization rooted in harm reduction, dignity, and practical support. Everything we do is grounded in meeting people where they are and showing up with compassion, consistency, and care.
