Services

Practical support, harm reduction, and community care.

Recovery All Ways provides peer-led, community-based support for people impacted by substance use, mental health challenges, homelessness, and the many barriers that come with trying to get through the day.

Our services are rooted in dignity, safety, and meeting people where they are. Some support happens during Sunday outreach. Some happens through training, community education, referrals, outreach, and direct connection.

When and where to find us

Our regular Sunday outreach takes place from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 1248 N Clinton Avenue in Rochester. People do not need an appointment to stop by during outreach hours.

What we provide

Sunday outreach

During Sunday outreach, we offer hot food, coffee, bagged lunches, hygiene items, clothing, seasonal essentials, naloxone, safer use supplies, and practical support in a welcoming, no-barrier setting.

Cleanup and outreach

We do community cleanup and outreach, including used needle cleanup, wellness checks, and distribution of basic needs items in areas where people are most impacted.

Naloxone and overdose prevention

We provide naloxone and help people learn how to recognize an opioid overdose and respond. Training can support individuals, groups, workplaces, and community spaces.

Peer support and connection

As a peer-led organization, we offer conversation, connection, and support rooted in lived experience. We believe support should be person-centered, respectful, and grounded in real life.

Community education

We offer education and awareness sessions for community groups, organizations, and other spaces that want to better understand overdose prevention, harm reduction, stigma, and community care.

Referrals and next steps

We can help connect people to local treatment, recovery, harm reduction, and other community resources. If we do not have exactly what someone needs, we do our best to help point them in the right direction.

What this can look like

Sometimes support looks like a hot meal, coffee, gloves, socks, or wound care supplies. Sometimes it looks like naloxone, safer use supplies, or a conversation without judgment. Sometimes it looks like helping someone find treatment, recovery support, or another community resource that fits what they are actually looking for.

We know that one size does not fit all. Our goal is not to force people into a single path. Our goal is to offer practical support, reduce harm, and help people stay connected to care, options, and community.
